If your child has glasses (and they fit well), eyeglass measurements for the lens width, bridge width, and temple length can be found on the inside of the temple. If the numbers have worn off, you can measure the frames yourself (in millimeters).
Measurement Example

Example: 44-14-130

    44 mm = lens width
    14 mm = bridge width
    130 mm = temple length
Lens and Bridge Measurement

Lenses: measure the lens horizontally across its widest point.

Bridge: measure across the part of the bridge that rests on the nose.

Temple Measurements

Temples: measure temples from the hinge to the curve of the arm. Then measure from the curve to the end of the temple and add the two numbers together.
